Looking for someone reliable, organized, and local to Horizon West / Hamlin / Winter Garden to help about 20 hrs a week with a growing startup.
Requirements (must-haves):
• Live locally and able to travel in Horizon West / Hamlin / Winter Garden
• Reliable car for errands & local runs
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Strong communication & organizational skills
What you’ll do:
• Answer emails & texts
• Scheduling & organizing tasks
• Helping with events (big plus if you enjoy this!)
• Running local errands / printing runs
• Providing executive assistant support to the founder and her remote team
• General “extra set of hands” support
