About Matthew's Hope
Matthew’s Hope is an independent, faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Orange and Brevard Counties, built on the principle of offering a hand up—not just a handout. Founded in response to a harsh 2010 freeze, this ministry has since grown into a beacon of hope—offering basic necessities, vocational training, emotional support and spiritual care to restore dignity and independence.

Horizon West Magazine is bringing the Good Stuff Awards to life to celebrate the vibrant community spirit and recognize the amazing local businesses, organizations and individuals that make Horizon West a great place to live. What should I wear to the gala?
The dress code for the Good Stuff Awards Gala is business casual to cocktail attire.
We encourage guests to dress up for this special evening while remaining comfortable and ready to celebrate. Show up how you want to be presented to your community as the best in your category!
Will food and drinks be provided at the event?
Award winning food and dessert will be served. A Mocktail beverage is included with each ticket and a variety of beverages will be made available.
How will the winners be announced at the gala?
The Winner and Honorees of each category will be announced live on stage during the gala. We'll celebrate their achievements with by presenting each winner with a commemorative award to honor their excellence and contribution to our community.
While program time will not allow for winners to remark on stage, a commemorative photo upon exiting the stage will capture the moment for the winners to share with their community online.
How many people from our organization can attend?

Where is the Good Stuff Gala being held?
The Good Stuff Gala is being held on Sunday, September 27th at 6pm at:

What time is the event and do we need to stay for the entire time?
The event will begin at 6pm with the Thrive Cocktail Hour. The sit down awards ceremony with food begins around 7pm and runs until 9 to 9:30pm.
Honorees will be called to the stage when their category is announced.
Will seating be assigned and is it important to stay at assigned table or can we swap seats?
ButtonYes, each table will have a tent card indicating how many seats for each organization. Our team will have a seating chart and be using it if needed to quietly approach and queue winners to the stage for upcoming categories, so having a representative present at the assigned table is important!
Is parking free?
Yes, self parking at OCOM is available at no charge.
What If I can't attend the gala in person?
We’d much rather celebrate with your business in the room – but we know schedules don’t always cooperate!
You’re welcome to send another representative from your business or organization in your place so your brand can still be part of the Gala celebration.
