Upon move-in, new residents go through a screening process to assess current fall risk, in-home safety and any muscular, neurological or cognitive declines. Assistance is provided in organizing and providing home adaptive strategies that set the resident up for success in their new home.
For those loved ones with Alzheimer’s or memory loss, their exclusive Walk With Me care program uses an interactive system called It’s Never Too Late which helps with sequencing and memory impairment. Daily activities are included to stimulate the five senses and all areas of the brain. This helps residents with memory loss to stay active in areas they feel most comfortable.
