Celebrate Easter 2026 Close to Home: Egg Hunts, Holiday Dining and Festivities in Horizon West!

New York Beer Project will host a 21+ Boozy Easter Egg Hunt on March 29 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Guests can search the grounds for more than 400 prize-filled eggs, with giveaways that include Easter treats, beer samples, four-packs, gift certificates, beer flights, crowler fills and Mug Club memberships.

There is no admission fee. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the hunt begins promptly at 2 p.m. Costumes are welcome, and brunch, lunch and dinner will be available for those who want to make a full day of it.

Hosted by Crossline Community Church, the annual EGGstravaganza returns to Crossline Park and the event is free for the community to attend.

Families can enjoy bounce houses, the Fun Bus, games, prizes, a dunk tank, foam pit and live music throughout the day. Food trucks and local vendors will also be on site, so bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and plan to stay awhile.

The egg hunt begins at 1:30 p.m. at Crossline Park on Saturday, April 4.

On Saturday, April 4, Abracadabra Play & Café will host an Easter event for little ones. Young explorers will search for colorful eggs, discover surprises and celebrate Easter with lots of play and laughter at the indoor playground. And this year they are adding something extra special. Kids will also get to adopt their own cuddly bunny, name it and take it home after a fun afternoon of Easter crafts and games. Parents can enjoy coffee while the children participate in one of the sweetest mornings of the season.

Hosted by Florida Running Company, the Dream Finders Homes Hippity Hop 5K will take place in the Winter Garden and Windermere area on April 4 at 8 a.m..

The event includes a chip-timed 5K, with participants receiving a race T-shirt and finisher medal. A kids race will also be held, and all youth participants will receive a bib and medal.

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, 12 – 2:00 p.m., the event will include a Spring Egg Hunt, 10th Anniversary celebrations, Fun Bus and Bubble bus appearances as well as other family friendly activities. This event is perfect for current families, future families, and the community—so bring your friends and hop on over for the fun!

A great nearby option is The Grove Resort & Water Park. Celebrate the holiday with a festive brunch at Valencia Restaurant’s Food Hall on Easter morning from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Easter-themed buffet features domestic and imported cheeses, crispy applewood smoked bacon, biscuits and gravy, smoked salmon and herbed lyonnaise potatoes. Brunch is $44 per adult and $19 per child.

Guests can also enjoy Easter bunny sightings around the resort and purchase their own Easter baskets for $25.

A three-course dinner will be offered for $60 per person from noon to 10:30 p.m. Reservations are suggested.

Celebrate Easter Sunday at Bella Italia with a special menu crafted just for the holiday.

Chefs have prepared seasonal dishes and comforting classics designed to make your gathering effortless and memorable. Gluten‑free options are available.

The regular menu will not be offered on Easter Sunday to focus on the holiday menu. Reservations are recommended to ensure a table.

Celebrate Easter at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant with special holiday menu items in addition to the regular menu.

Featured offerings include the Irish Egg, Baaaah Lamb! and the Casca Cocktail. Reservations are suggested for Easter dining.

Four Flamingos will offer a special Easter brunch on April 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a new à la carte menu.

Highlights include crab cakes napoleon, jerk chicken and waffle, lobster rolls, Florida Croque Madame, oxtail pasta and coquito French toast tiramisu.

Complimentary parking is available with restaurant validation. The restaurant will be open for brunch only and will not offer dinner service that day.

Head to the Swan and Dolphin Resort for a special Easter brunch at Garden Grove on Easter Sunday.

Brunch is $49.95 per adult and $19.95 per child, offering a festive experience for all ages. Reservations suggested. 

Chabad of Winter Garden will host an interactive Passover Seder on April 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Stoneybrook West Clubhouse.

The community Seder will include a guided, interactive experience celebrating the traditions of Passover. RSVP is requested for those planning to attend.

Horizon West Church will hold an Easter Sunday service on April 5 at 10 a.m. at Horizon High School.

The service will include worship, a message and a family-friendly celebration of Easter. The community is invited to attend.

Family Church will hold Easter services in English, Portuguese and Spanish at their Lakeside location (8464 Winter Garden Vineland Rd) on Sunday, April 5th.  

This year they will also provide a special Kid's Ministry Easter Service for those Kindergarten to 5th grade. 

It is recommended to arrive early because seats fill up. Refreshments will be provided.

Quay Church will open it's doors at 12120 Chase Rd. for services on Good Friday, April 3, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m..

Easter Saturday services will be held April 4 at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m..

On Easter Sunday, April 5, join this community to experience 7 a. m. outdoor sunrise gathering and services at 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and  12:30 p.m..

Discovery Church will hold Easter weekend services on Saturday, April 4 at 6 p.m., and Sunday, April 5 at 8:15 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11:45 a.m at their Winter Garden location at 4064 Winter Garden Vineland Road.

DC Kids programming will be available for children from birth through fifth grade.

Good Friday services will also be offered on April 3 at 5:30 and 7 p.m.

Crossline Community Church will hold Easter services at Windermere Preparatory School with two service times at 9:15 and 11 a.m. The Easter celebration will include live music, a message, photo booth, coffee and donuts. Childcare will be available for birth through Pre-K. 

A Good Friday service will also be held at Crossline Park, featuring an outdoor acoustic worship experience and an interactive service reflecting on the events leading up to the crucifixion.
