PopStroke Blends Premium Dining with Golf Entertainment
If you've been wondering what's behind all the buzz and bulldozers in Hamlin, wonder no more—PopStroke is officially on its way with doors set to open in August 2025.
This long-anticipated addition to Horizon West has had locals watching and waiting since its announcement in 2021. Soon residents will be teeing off at this one-of-a-kind golf and dining experience where cutting-edge putting courses meet craft food and drinks, all designed to bring friends and families together for serious fun.
PopStroke is co-owned by Greg Bartoli, Tiger Woods and TaylorMade Golf. Each location features two 18-hole putting courses designed by the PopStroke Greens Team, along with an outdoor dining area serving up a full menu, craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, ice cream, outdoor games and a kid-friendly playground.
This isn't your typical golf course! PopStroke is all about making the game accessible and fun for everyone. No experience? No problem. They welcome first-timers and seasoned pros alike.
The synthetic turf courses are built to look and feel like traditional fairways, complete with bunkers and rough. But this isn't just about getting out on the green, PopStroke brings tech into the mix to create an interactive, competitive vibe that’s friendly, fast-paced and fun.
Tiger Woods told Fox35 Orlando: “Some of my happiest memories are spending time with my pops on the golf course having putting contests. I’m looking forward to others enjoying time with their kids at PopStroke. This is a new way for individuals to experience the game of golf. It’s about bringing people together.”
Headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, PopStroke has locations across the state, including one in Waterford Lakes on the east side of Orlando that opened in June 2022. Now, Horizon West is next in line to join the action.

PopStroke offers a variety of cocktails, craft beer, wine, ice cream and food at every location. Menus at the existing locations include traditional starters, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and a kids menu. Beverages include specialty drinks, soft drinks, wine and beer in bottles or on tap.
Dining is available in the full service restaurant and bar, but guests can also use PopStroke's customized mobile app to order drinks and food to be delivered directly to them anywhere on the course!
The ice cream menu is more than impressive with 24 flavors of premium ice cream and numerous "Signature Milkshakes." Weekly events, Kids Night specials, Date Night deals, Happy Hour and Combo Golf/Dining specials offer something for everyone in the family to enjoy!
