Southern Hill Farms Fall Festival
Pumpkins, cider donuts and sunflowers, oh my! The 10th Annual Southern Hill Farms Fall Festival is the best way to get a taste of a classic Fall Festival near Horizon West.
From local food trucks serving up Fall favorites, live music and plenty of photo ops, this festival is your go-to. Happening select Thursdays and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through November 23, you can get tickets in advance at the link below.

Mickey’s Not-so-Scary Halloween Party
Year after year, Mickey’s Not-so-Scary Halloween Party brings fright and fun for the whole family at Magic Kingdom theme park in Walt Disney World. From special character greetings, trick-or-treat trails and of course, the Boo-To-You Parade, there’s something for everyone!
Locals know the best part of any after-hours event at Walt Disney World is the low wait times for your favorite attractions like Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain and Tron Lightcycle Run.
If you missed out on tickets for this year’s party, Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom theme park is sharing fall vibes daily with Mickey-shaped pumpkins, fall decor and themed food. Let’s Boo This!

Halloween at Winter Garden Farmer’s Market
The Winter Garden Farmer’s Market is Central Florida’s crown jewel for weekend shopping. Get pumpkins of all shapes and sizes to bring home as a decor staple and carving with the family.
On Saturday, October 25 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Winter Garden Farmer’s Market will offer Halloween craft-making for kids of all ages at the KidZone tent located at the Downtown parking garage plaza.

Crossline Church Fall Fest 2025
Free family fun for all ages awaits at this year’s Crossline Church Fall Fest at Crossline Park on Saturday, October 25 from 4 to 7 p.m.. Find free face painting, live music, kids crafts and even a petting farm.
Local food trucks will be popping up at the event to keep the autumnal flavors flowing.

Hamlin Pumpkin Patch
On Saturday, October 25 from 4 to 8 p.m., celebrate the season at the Hamlin Pumpkin Patch! Pick from a wide variety of pumpkins that are perfect for baking a pumpkin pie, carving and home decor.
This year, every pumpkin that’s purchased will support Eight Waves Children & Family Services, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families thrive in Horizon West. With every pumpkin you pick at the Hamlin Pumpkin Patch, you are positively impacting our community.

Halloween Horror Nights
Not for the faint of heart, Halloween Horror Nights is back at Universal Orlando Resort on select nights from August 29 to November 2. With favorite franchises like Fallout, Five Nights at Freddy’s and Terrifier represented this year, there’s more to brave than ever.
Ten mind-blowing haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment and some of your favorite attractions are open to enjoy across the event. Tickets are available now. Please note, this event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of 13.

Haunted Monster Truck Ride
The familiar orange groves at Showcase of Citrus in Clermont have been transformed into a realm of fear. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through Halloween, an ancient curse haunts the soil — bringing out scarecrows, monsters and zombies. Your only hope becomes a ride on a 40-foot long monster truck, driven by Showcase of Citrus rangers to help navigate an escape route through the fields. Tickets are on sale now and reservations are strongly recommended. Please note, this event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of 12.

Trunk-or-Treat at The Learning Experience
Mark your calendars for the 4th Annual Trunk-or-Treat at The Learning Experience in Horizon West (9275 Miley Drive) from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 25. All are invited and costumes are encouraged for this boo-tiful night out with the family. Get excited for face painting, food trucks, games, music and of course, candy!
