Be it workshops or teen and young adult groups, their focus remains on the quality of interaction and the depth of knowledge imparted, while fostering an environment where questions are encouraged and meaningful connections are formed.

Horizon West Magazine Sponsors Life Skills Coaching Group
We are proud to share that our sponsorship funding has created the opportunity for ten middle school and high school teens to enroll in a 7-week Life Skills Coaching Group completely free!
Following Hi-Lite's successful "Empower, Transform, Achieve" (ETA) methodology, this coaching group will guide teens who are looking to better know who they are, where they are going and how they can get there with confidence.
The program is a community-based, cumulative approach that will empower teens to be an active participant in their life with more clear and confident decision-making and transformed approaches that lead to achievements they feel proud of!
Meeting weekly for 90 minutes, enrollees will be coached through concepts while completing learning activities as a group. Each week will cover different elements that lead to real-life skill building, critical thinking, and an enhanced ability to make decisions that have large-scale impacts on the teen's future. Through this process, their emotional intelligence, resilience and social skills will make a clear improvement.
The program will be held at Roper YMCA and is set to launch on August 19th. As of August 8, 2024, only two spots are left for this round, so act fast if you would like to join this group.

Since founding in 2020, Hi-Lite has impacted the lives of over 3,000 youth and families through their programs and services. They offer teen groups and young adult groups as well as parent/community workshops.
