Magical Dining Returns With Local Restaurants in the Spotlight
Savor Three-course, Prix-fixe Meals at Neighborhood Favorites and Michelin-recognized Spots
Horizon West residents don’t have to travel far to enjoy one of Orlando’s most beloved dining traditions. Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining returns for its 20th year from Aug. 15 through Sept. 30, offering three-course prix-fixe menus for $40 or $60 at more than 160 restaurants across Central Florida. For new residents, it’s a perfect way to get acquainted with the local food scene, and for longtime neighbors, it’s a chance to rediscover favorites or try something completely new.
This year’s presenting sponsor, Orlando Health, underscores the connection between wellness and gathering around the table. Sharing a meal is not only about nourishment, but also about strengthening relationships and building community — something Magical Dining has brought to Central Florida for two decades.

More Than a Meal
Magical Dining is not just about great food at a great value. It’s a way to dine with purpose, knowing your evening out also helps children and families in need. Each year, the program supports a local nonprofit through $1 to $2 donations from every meal. Since 2009, it has raised nearly $3 million for Central Florida charities. This year’s beneficiary is the REED Charitable Foundation, which works to improve early childhood literacy.
A Community Tradition
Over the past 20 years, Magical Dining has grown into a seasonal tradition that many look forward to as summer winds down. For families, it’s a chance to gather for a special evening. For couples, it’s a date night with a little extra magic. And for new neighbors, it’s a way to explore the region’s culinary diversity without breaking the budget.
