Healthy Heroes: Building Wellness Together
Local Residents Turn Wellness into Connection and Purpose

Being healthy in Horizon West goes beyond fitness routines and food choices. It is a lifestyle rooted in purpose, connection and community awareness. Our Healthy Heroes, a group of local residents committed to shaping a more well-rounded approach to health, believe that true wellness includes mental clarity, personalized care and the pursuit of joy. It is about living with intention, staying informed and tapping into the many resources available in our area, from walking trails and health education, to cooking classes and run clubs.
Healthy in Horizon West is built on the power of small, daily habits and supported by a culture of collaboration and fun. With the help of our Healthy Heroes, we are creating ways for neighbors to engage through wellness challenges, gratitude games, dining guides and community support systems. It’s your health made practical, meaningful and sustainable, one micro-habit at a time.
