New Flavors, Familiar Magic: Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Returns for Its 16th Year

Jen Dixon • October 8, 2025

A culinary celebration blending bold flavors and community impact

For 16 years, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic has been one of Central Florida’s most anticipated fall events, drawing food lovers from near and far to celebrate the art of flavor. This year’s festival, happening Friday, Nov. 14, and Saturday, Nov. 15, promises to be the most exciting yet, with a record-breaking lineup of 49 food dishes, hundreds of beverages and two nights of unforgettable culinary experiences.

Set outdoors along the scenic causeway between the Swan and Dolphin hotels, the event transforms the area into a vibrant street-style celebration filled with lights, music and the aromas of freshly prepared dishes from around the world. Nearly every bite on the 2025 menu is new, offering guests something different to enjoy each evening.

A Menu Worth Savoring

This year’s event welcomes Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, which opened in July and joins an impressive lineup that includes Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare and Rosa Mexicano. Guests can explore themed areas like Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown, and The Bubble Lounge, each offering distinct dishes that showcase creativity and local inspiration.

Some of this year’s highlights include:

  • Galbi Jang Gulf Shrimp – Soy-braised shrimp with pickled cucumber, crispy zucchini chips and Korean barbecue glaze (For the Love of Florida)
  • Blue Crab Stir-Fried Rice – With Florida Gulf shrimp and tempura shiitakes (Todd English’s bluezoo)
  • Ricotta Cappelletti – Handmade pasta with citrus ricotta, Angus beef ragu and crispy pancetta breadcrumbs (Il Mulino)
  • Elote Corn Ribs – Fried corn ribs tossed in spicy queso fresco mix with epazote aioli (Rosa Mexicano)
  • Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek – Served with brûléed pearl onion rings and ginger barbecue sauce (Smokin’ D’s BBQ)
  • Fried Chicken Slider – Hand-battered chicken breast with orange blossom hot sauce and pickle chips (Lagoon Lanes & Games)
  • Pork Belly Bao – With hoisin glaze, Fresno chili, and crushed corn nuts (Cabana Bar & Beach Club)

For dessert, the pastry team will showcase playful treats like Sweet Corn Ice Cream Cones drizzled with hot honey and Green Tea Mango Mousse Domes, proving that creativity doesn’t stop at the savory side of the menu.

Guests can also explore more than 170 beverage selections, including fine wines, craft beers, and premium spirits from across the globe.

Signature Experiences

In addition to unlimited tastings from 5 to 9 p.m., the Food & Wine Classic will feature two five-course Signature Tasting Experiences hosted by celebrity chefs.

  • A Culinary Journey Through Asia with Chef Todd English (Friday)
  • A Global Inspired Tour with Flair with Chef Michael Mina (Saturday)

Each experience includes curated beverage pairings designed to complement every course.

Food With a Purpose

In honor of National Veterans and Military Families Month, the Swan and Dolphin continues its partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides essential programs and services for veterans living with physical or mental injuries sustained during service. Last year’s event raised $13,000 for the nonprofit, and organizers are hoping to surpass that number this year.

Experience It All

From slow-braised short ribs to sushi-inspired small plates, each dish tells a story of craft, culture and culinary passion. Whether you’re coming for the flavors, the atmosphere, or the cause, the 2025 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers a one-of-a-kind experience that blends indulgence with purpose.

Tickets are $224 per person for unlimited food and beverage tastings. Those attending both nights can save 10 percent on bundle tickets, with hotel packages available at a special rate for ticketholders.
