A new commercial development has been proposed at the corner of Avalon Road and New Independence Parkway in Horizon West. This is adjacement to Hamilton Gardens and across New Independence Parkway from future mixed-use commercial that will be on the doorsteps of Parkview townhomes, Homestead at Hamlin apartments, Homeplace at Hamlin which will be a unique rental community of townhomes and the much anticipated Life Time Athletic Club.

The site plan currently shows:

• A proposed grocery anchor building
• A shopping center building
• Multiple outparcels for future development
• Parking and access from Avalon Road, McKinney Road, Juneberry Way and New Independence Parkway

At this time, no tenants have been officially announced.
